PantryRx Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent you have permission from a parent/guardian.

2. IMPORTANT: Not Medical Advice

PantryRx is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care.

You agree that:

• You will not rely on PantryRx as medical advice
• You will consult qualified professionals for health decisions
• You are solely responsible for your choices and outcomes

3. AI Output Disclaimer

The Services may generate outputs using AI systems. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate.

You acknowledge:

• AI outputs are not guaranteed to be correct
• AI results may be reviewed by humans, who may or may not be dietitians
• You use AI outputs at your own risk

4. Dietitian & Geographic Limitations

PantryRx may offer access to one registered dietitian licensed in California. If any dietitian services are made available:

• They are limited to where legally permitted
• Users outside California may receive only general informational content
• We do not guarantee availability of dietitian services at any time.

5. User Content and Permissions

You may upload content (photos, text, household details) ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content as between you and PantryRx.

By uploading User Content, you grant PantryRx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify (for formatting/processing), and display your User Content solely to:

• Operate and provide the Services
• Run AI analysis and generate outputs
• Improve quality, safety, and performance
• Provide customer support
• Comply with legal obligations

You represent that you have the rights to upload the User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Services (except where legally allowed)
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Misrepresent identity or impersonate others
• Use the Services to provide professional services without proper licensing

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may reference third-party services and datasets (including USDA FoodData Central). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content, software, design, and branding are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

Trademark: "PantryRx" is a brand of All Things AI, Inc. and a trademark application has been submitted. You may not use our marks without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including if we believe you violated these Terms or pose risk to the Services.

10. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (Very Important)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY (INCLUDING ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES
• ANY AI OUTPUTS OR RECOMMENDATIONS
• ANY HUMAN REVIEW OR SUPPORT INTERACTIONS
• ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON THE SERVICES

IF LIABILITY IS FOUND NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.)

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

13. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
