Agreement
These terms apply to pantryrx.ai, the PantryRx web app and the PantryRx dietitian program (together, the “Service”), provided by All Things AI, Inc. By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you publish as a dietitian, the Contributor Terms also apply. The PantryRx mobile apps are also subject to the terms of the store you got them from.
Not medical advice
PantryRx provides general meal-planning and nutrition information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, registered dietitian or other qualified professional who knows your situation. Articles and recipes by dietitians on pantryrx.ai are general education, not individual care, and using the Service doesn't create a clinician–patient relationship. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have specific dietary needs, talk to your healthcare provider before changing your diet.
Nutrition figures are estimates calculated from ingredient data and may differ from what you prepare.
Allergies and food safety
PantryRx applies rules to filter recipes for the eating style and allergies you choose, and flags store-bought items that commonly contain allergens. These tools help, but they can't guarantee that a recipe or product is free of an allergen: products change, labels vary, and cross-contact happens. Always read product labels and use your own judgment, especially for severe allergies. Follow safe food-handling practices and cook foods to safe internal temperatures.
Instacart and third parties
If you send a grocery list to Instacart, your shopping, ordering and delivery are with Instacart under Instacart's terms. Instacart availability, products and prices vary by location. PantryRx may earn a commission on qualifying orders at no cost to you. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
If you use PantryRx through an AI assistant (for example Muse, Claude or ChatGPT), these terms cover what PantryRx returns. The assistant is a separate service under its own terms, and it may summarize, reword or combine our answers; the recipe, diet check or grocery list as returned by PantryRx is what these terms describe. Allergy and diet results are subject to the same limits as in the apps (see Allergies and food safety).
Accounts
You don't need an account to use PantryRx. Dietitians sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under their account. Keep your Google account secure and tell us at support@allthingsn.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Dietitian content
Recipes and articles on pantryrx.ai may be written by independent dietitians and reviewed by us before publishing. Views in contributed content are the authors'. We may edit for format, decline, or remove content at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service. That includes: attempting to access accounts, data or systems you're not authorized to; interfering with the Service's operation or security; scraping or automated requests at a volume that burdens the Service (the published JSON feeds are provided for reasonable use); submitting unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content; or impersonating a licensed professional.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, recipe catalog and text, is owned by All Things AI, Inc. or its licensors and protected by law. PantryRx™ and the PantryRx logo are trademarks of All Things AI, Inc. — see Trademark. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL THINGS AI, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
General
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which All Things AI, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local law requires otherwise.
