Contributor terms

These Contributor Terms (version 2026-09-15) apply when you apply to, or publish through, the PantryRx dietitian program operated by All Things AI, Inc. (“PantryRx”, “we”). They add to the site Terms of use and Privacy policy. You accept them when you submit an application.

Who can contribute

• You must hold an active registration or license as a dietitian (for example RD/RDN, APD, or the equivalent regulated title where you practice) and provide accurate details so we can verify it.
• Tell us promptly if your registration lapses, is restricted, or is subject to disciplinary action. We may pause your profile while we look into it.
• Approval is at our discretion. We may decline or suspend a profile, including if we can't verify your registration.

Your content

You keep ownership of the recipes, articles, photos and other material you submit (“Contributions”). You confirm that each Contribution is your original work or that you have all rights needed to grant the license below — including for any photos, which must be your own or properly licensed — and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or violate any law or professional obligation.

License to PantryRx

For each Contribution you submit, you grant All Things AI, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable (to service providers acting for us) license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, translate, display, distribute and promote it:

• on pantryrx.ai and in the PantryRx apps (including importing recipes into the apps' recipe catalogs and translating them into the languages the apps support);
• in structured data feeds used by the PantryRx apps; and
• in marketing for PantryRx, with attribution to you.

“Adapt” covers changes needed for format, units, consistency, translation, accessibility, search and safety (for example, adding a safe cooking temperature). We won't make changes that alter the substance of your professional guidance without your approval. The license continues after removal only as described under “Updates and removal”. Unless we separately agree in writing, Contributions are unpaid.

Review and publishing

Every Contribution is reviewed before it's published. We may publish, request changes, decline or later unpublish a Contribution at our discretion. Approval is an editorial decision, not a clinical endorsement, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your professional content.

Content standards

• General education, not individual advice. Don't diagnose, prescribe, or promise to treat or cure conditions. Encourage readers to consult their own healthcare provider where appropriate.
• Accuracy. Keep nutrition claims evidence-based and cite reputable sources for specific health claims.
• Food safety. Include doneness cues and safe internal temperatures for meat, poultry, seafood and eggs, and name common allergens plainly in ingredient lists.
• Disclosure. Disclose sponsorships, affiliations, affiliate links or other material connections relevant to a Contribution. Don't promote specific commercial products without disclosure.
• Respect. No plagiarism, no confidential or patient information, nothing defamatory, discriminatory or misleading.

Attribution

Published Contributions are credited to your display name and credentials, with a link to your public profile where the format allows. You grant us permission to use your name, credentials, headshot and bio for that attribution and to describe your participation in the program.

Updates and removal

You can submit updates to a published Contribution from your studio; the live version stays up until the update is approved. You can ask us to remove a Contribution by emailing support@allthingsn.com. We'll remove it from pantryrx.ai and stop including it in future app updates within a reasonable time; copies already included in released app versions may remain for users who haven't updated, and we may keep records as required by law or for accountability.

General

You're an independent contributor, not an employee, agent or partner of All Things AI, Inc. You'll indemnify us against third-party claims arising from a breach of your promises in these terms. We may update these terms; for material changes we'll email you, and continuing to submit Contributions means you accept the update. Questions: support@allthingsn.com.
