PantryRx — meal plans from what's in your kitchen

September 15, 2026 — All Things AI, Inc. today introduced the new PantryRx™, a free meal planner built around a simple idea: the best plan for the week starts with the food you already have. Alongside PantryRx 2.3 for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, the company opened a web version anyone can use at pantryrx.ai/app with no download or account, announced PantryRx for Android, and launched a publishing program for credentialed dietitians.

Start from the kitchen, not a blank list

Most meal planners hand people a generic plan and a grocery list full of things they already own. PantryRx works the other way around. Cooks tap the staples in their kitchen, pick how they eat and how many they cook for, and PantryRx builds a varied week — breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, for anywhere from one to seven days — that uses what's already there first, especially food that's about to expire.

Every ingredient in the plan is combined into one grocery list sorted by aisle, with the items the cook already has set aside. With one tap, the whole list can be sent to an Instacart cart. A label check flags store-bought items that can contain the cook's allergens, and a step-by-step cooking mode with timers lets them move to the next step with a wave of the hand when their hands are messy.

What's new in PantryRx 2.3

  • A first run that builds your first week. A new animated setup starts with your kitchen staples, then diet, allergies and dislikes, and finishes by filling your first week slot by slot.
  • Plan any meal, any number of days. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for 1–7 days, auto-planned for variety or picked by hand.
  • Diet safety by rules. Eight eating styles — Classic, Flexitarian, Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian, Low Carb, Keto and Paleo — and allergy rules that are checked against every ingredient of every recipe, not guessed.
  • Nearly 1,000 recipes, including 240 new breakfasts, lunches, dinners, sides and desserts, checked for accuracy.
  • The whole list to Instacart. Every grocery item lands in the cart at once.
  • Apple Watch and iPad. Today's meals, step-by-step cooking with wrist timers and grocery check-off on the watch; a native iPad layout with a sidebar and wide recipe grids.
  • 47 languages, recipe names and ingredients included, switchable instantly in Settings.

Try it on the web today

The PantryRx web app brings the same planner to any browser: kitchen-first setup, weekly plans, recipes with nutrition, cooking mode with timers, the aisle-sorted grocery list and the Instacart cart. Like the mobile apps, it doesn't require an account — plans, pantry and preferences are saved in the browser.

A home for dietitians' recipes

The new PantryRx dietitian program invites registered dietitians and other credentialed nutrition professionals to publish recipes and articles on pantryrx.ai. Each contributor's registration is verified before approval, and every recipe and article is reviewed before it's published under the author's name. Recipes are written in the same structured format the PantryRx apps use to plan meals, so every ingredient can be checked against the app's diet and allergy rules. Dietitians can apply at pantryrx.ai/dietitians.
